Bachelor's degree programs with English as the lecture language: The most popular of them are applied chemistry (petro-chemical engineering), electronic information and engineering, tourism management, international economy and trade, food science and engineering, etc.
The firstclass program of Chinese language and literature in Liaoning Province: It is made up of programs in Chinese language and literature, and teaching of Chinese to international students, which promote to a great degree the development of international students' education. As the nationally recognized discipline, Chinese teaching is ranked first in Liaoning Province as a key profession. There is the only research base in Liaoning Province Linguistics and Applied Linguistics Base, 2 master's degree programs in linguistics, and a master's degree program in international education of Chinese language and literature.

Through one-year study, the beginners may pass HSK 7. In addition, the small-scaled classes (10~15 people per class) are reasonably divided into 6 types (A~F).
