Bohai University College of International Exchange

It is fully in charge of the international exchange activities.

Formerly called International Exchange Office, College of International Exchange (CIE) was organized in November, 2010, in combination with staff and students from Section of Teaching Chinese to International Students, Department of Chinese Language and Literature. Nowadays, apart from its previous administration job, CIE handles both international exchange activities and the task of teaching Chinese to international students. Its responsibilities are to conduct master’s degree program in international education of Chinese language and literature, bachelor’s degree program in teaching Chinese to international students, master’s degree programs for international students, bachelor’s degree programs for international students, long- and short-term Chinese language training programs, and international cooperation programs. In addition, it also conducts international exchange activities in education, employs qualified teachers from other countries to teach at Bohai University (BU), and sends the top teachers and students to other countries to further their study.

In its future development, CIE will adhere to the principle of "Exchange, reform, innovation and evolution".
